about me
Hi!In 2019, I quit practicing law because I could no longer ignore a truth I'd been avoiding for years. "Good girl" conditioning was ruining my life.
I spent years afraid to be myself. At the root of that fear was a deep, old belief that something was fundamentally wrong with me. So I tried to be "good," to do the "right" thing, to become who I thought everyone else needed me to be. Not surprisingly, I lost myself — and my path — in the process.
I became a lawyer because it felt respectable. Safe. Close enough to what I really wanted, without asking me to risk too much. Eventually, I gave up hope of ever finding my true calling and put all my happiness eggs in the relationship basket instead.
Five years into my legal career, I hit rock bottom. My "this will save me" relationship ended abruptly, and something finally cracked open inside me. At the time, it felt like the worst heartbreak of my life. Looking back, I believe that cracking is what finally let the light in.
As I began healing my relationship with myself, I realized I was asking the wrong question. "What should I do with my life?" turned into... "Who would I be without all this conditioning?"
That became my own Unbecoming. I learned to listen to my intuition. To make authentic choices, even when they disappointed people. To trust myself again. I rediscovered what actually made me happy — not what I'd been taught should make me happy.
Today, it's my privilege to guide women through that same journey. Together, we peel back the layers of conditioning that have hidden your light, made you smaller, filled you with self-doubt, and disconnected you from the life that was always waiting for you.
